Reservation
Policies:
- To guarantee your reservation, 50% deposit of entire stay is
required. This deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled
within the Cancellation Policy. Please notify us at least
14 days prior to arrival date if you have to cancel your reservation.
- If a reservation is canceled within 14 days of arrival date,
we make every effort to re-book the room. However, if we are unable
to do so or you fail to show for your reservation, we will charge
the total payment to the credit card provided.
- A $35 administration fee will be charged regardless of reason
or time of cancellation
- 2 night minimum stay is required on weekends May through October.
- We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
